I've spent 35 years building, running, and fixing commercial and industrial HVAC businesses — from selling and marketing the work to running the operations that deliver it profitably. What makes me different is where I started — on the technical side, as an engineer and estimator. I learned the equipment and the buildings before I ever learned the pitch. From there I sold at every level of this industry — running the sales department for a century‑old mechanical contractor, selling enterprise systems for Trane, selling performance contracting to the C‑suite for McKinstry, running a Fortune 500 branch, and founding my own HVAC firm. Most recently I built and ran a marketing and video agency, because today winning isn't only about relationships — it's about visibility, positioning, and a pipeline that fills before the first call.
